For colors look at the the src line for the iFrame, then put the hex for your color after the c= without the # sign.

These inserts are not bound to these sizes, simply up the number after f= to what you want, 6 is the max. If you do this be sure to add on enough space to the iFrame to accommodate the number of inserts you want.
